Keli grew up in Orlando Florida. She has 7 children ( the first 4 were born in Florida) Keli has also just welcomed grandchild #20 into the world 2 weeks ago.
Keli has worked in retail management for 20+ years and in marketing for 5 years.
Keli is the Founder of Project Noelle, a kinship program which began in December 2017. The program is in memory of her daughter Noelle who passed away from an overdose.
She is now raising her identical twin boys.
"After seeing all the children that were being left behind I decided I needed to step up and do something to help these children. We are now in 7 Ohio counties and provide everything from support groups, to Christmas Gifts. I am also a member of the Erie Ottawa Addiction Task Force."
Keli believes the missing piece to Project Noelle is the family component. By bringing OhioCAN into Erie County, she will be able to meet those whose lives have been impacted by substance use and continue to be the voice for those who have been silenced by shame and stigma.
