"As an OhioCAN member, county leader and Board member, I feel it is important to share my extensive personal and professional knowledge regarding the disease of addiction. On a personal level, my beautiful boy, Badley, is a driving force behind my urgency to Change Addiction Now. He gained his angel wings on October21, 2016. I will be forever grateful for the knowledge and compassion that I received from OhioCAN. As a professional, I feel it is my duty to help reduce the stigma and shame associated with addiction, educate regarding the disease, and embrace all of those who are affected." Dawn B.
Peer to Peer OhioCAN Recovery and Support Group is a group comprised of individuals and/or loved ones of individuals in recovery. We come together to support each ones own pathway to recovery and the entire family afflicted by the disease. We believe in being open and honest when sharing our experiences with hopes of helping another person, as we have all paid a high price to get where we are. Our single voice is to spread love hope and understanding.
Currently we hold Womans Meetings the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. These are not classified as 12 step meetings. We are also going to be announcing many new and exciting events the future has in store for our community.
Meetings are held at 204 N Wayne St Fremont Ohio
